Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
- 7043438022 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team. The request will be processed once the seller/merchant has verified the issue. This must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly for any complaints.
- If a refund is approved by 7043438022, it will be processed within 1 day.
